As you can see presented in good honest condition is this circa 1971 Silver dial Oyster Perpetual Date 34mm with silver indices. With its engined turned bezel nick named the 'Thunderbird' bezel and classic batton dial markers makes this such an un-usual and quirky Rolex watch, yet pleasing to the eye.
The calibre 1570 chronometer movement is in superb condition and is keeping excellent time. This movement is in excellent condition that winds and sets smoothly. There are some light wear marks on the case, caseback, bezel, bracelet and clasp but nothing major and still looks stunning and clean. Comes on the correct 7835 bracelet and 557 end links.
*NOTE to Buyers - Some oxidisation on the hands, this is normal for a watch of this age (55 years old), otherwise very clean, honest and original.
